#TheWerewolfOfWashington may have had the widest gulf between "amount of fun ideas in the story" and "competence of execution on every level" that I've seen in a movie. So many ideas that could have been great if it weren't for the terrible writing, directing, sound mixing, and editing. Someone ought to do a remake!
