In the next scene, the rich asshole and the psychic are having a conversation about the newspaper, which has a report about the secret murder house and mentions hypnotist Doctor Lamborghini, who also predicted this murder beforehand.

The lead rich assholes has a plan to make money, by making Doctor Lamborghini into a famous expert, having the psychic doctor guy give him a stamp of authenticity. The psychic refuses because he has integrity and he wants to keep hypnosis respectable.
