We decide to resolve whatever is going on with a climatic sword fight, and then Koura decides to cheat by using his cloaking device. but then he does the rookie move of walking into water while he's invisible, so Sinbad can see him and stab him, but that fills the fountain with wizard blood.

Also only Sinbad bothered to fight Koura... the other characters were just standing around to disappoint the audience.
