Land of Light, Army of Darkness, Princes of Darkness, these are all good book or movie titles!

I don't think the old Whateley house is up to fire code.

An' now a scene from Little House on the Prairie, what is it John-Boy? Maybe don't shoot at the incorporeal disco monster! It's more scart of you then you is of eet! Roger Corman's 2nd-unit filler shots do not suit this film.

Idea: horror movie where a bunch of zoomers are holed up in an old country house and they need to call for help but there's only an old-timey rotary phone and they have no Internet access or cell data so they have to figure it out on their own

edit: flashback to that Attack the Block scene when the kids want to raise the alarm about the alien monsters but they're almost out of money on the prepaid cell phone plan. "There's too much madness for one text!"

Dean Stockwell, to the Director: So, you don't actually want me to act? Just read the lines like I'm reading an encyclopedia entry"

Director: Yup!

Dean Stockwell: For the whole movie? Flat inflection, barely any facial expressions, no emotional content?

Director: Yup.

Dean Stockwell: Got it.
