There's a lot more ISHIMORI Shōtarō and MATSUMOTO Leiji in this movie than there is George Lucas. In fact, Ishimori was involved from the start, and it was his team that designed all the mecha. #Monsterdon

@saucerlost ooooh I forgot that one 😂 Definitely a contender, but I don't remember thinking it was quite Turkish Star Wars levels of bad. It's a matter of opinion though.

More objectively, I think Star Odyssey is bad in a very similar way to Turkish Star Wars, whereas Vampires was a different type of bad.

For the record, #StarOdyssey1979 is the only film we've ever done for #Monsterdon that I think might just squeak into the same class of "bad movie" as Turkish Star Wars
