We get an explanation for how the priest is wolfing out all the time - instead of what I thought, which is that every scene in this movie just takes place on a full moon, Marty suspects that a werewolf always wolfs out a little bit but wolfs out more when there's a full moon, and suspects that on a full moon the Wolfpriest turns 100% Wolf and 0% Priest.
