So I've not been posting because I was cooking, but I've been watching.

This is the horniest of the three movies so far right?

Vampires in the other two movies were more mysterious and unknowable. Their powers, by design, didn't always make sense because -- as mortals -- we weren't supposed to be able to understand them. This film on the other hand feels like it's leaning much more into the conventional vampire mythos. They've been catalogued and understood. #monsterdon

Okay, this scene with Dracula finding out Lucy's been staked is pretty good though. And works much better than the Coppola version where it's Mina instead and so she never gets killed. #Monsterdon

"We're leaving the one remaining named woman in this movie alone while we stalk the title monster, which is a strategy which has never once gone spectacularly wrong in all of cinema history." #Monsterdon

Arthur seems to be taking Lucy lying in a coffin, and then screaming and bleeding when staked, as proof that she really was dead all along

I'm pretty sure that would make me believe she was alive even more

He keeps going hours if not days without food, drinking alcohol, and then getting head injuries. Things are not looking good for Johnny. #monsterdon
