Ok! I was generous with some of these because I thought there was a chance we'd see ALL of them, but we got pretty close

@Zerofactorial On the one hand, her mouth is clearly covered. On the other hand, her hands are clearly free. Would have been quite easy to make some noise and get rescued. You could make up almost any bullshit at that point and they'd believe it. #monsterdon

The intro and outro make me want to do book marbling. In 2020 at the library where I work we learned how to do it so we could have an activity for Bring Your Kids To Work Day; but with the pandemic, it never happened.

This had a weirdly similar plot to Corman's The Raven which I watched last night (and is really not based on the story much) - Vincent Price's wife Lenore was alive the entire time and just wanted to be with the bad guy sorcerer Boris Karloff #Monsterdon

Another #Monsterdon is in the can!

Thanks to @Taweret for hosting!

Tonight's feature, #ThePitAndThePendulum, was in honor of Roger Corman's recent passing, stars the amazing Vincent Price, and was based on the classic Edgar Allen Poe story of the same name. Amongst the expected slices and dices, we had,
- So many Medinas!
- A spooky castle with a built in torture chamber!
- People buried alive!
- A Ricola haunting!

At least when the source material only gets you ten minutes of screen time, this movie actually tries to be entertaining, unlike, say, late period Clint Eastwood (they said, subtly referencing the latest episode of their own podcast @96greers ) #monsterdon

The scream woke my mom up in time to say "Watch out that first step is a doozy" when the doctor died #Monsterdon
