Okay, so the resort by the dam has a bunch of kids who are happily splashing in the water. The raft crew is paddling faster trying to I guess reach them and warn them. The main characters decide to blame the weird science guy for spending his life breeding evil killer mutant fish, and the weird science guy blames them for freeing the evil killer mutant fish.

Really, we should all blame the government, which means society, which means ourselves. #monsterdon
