I'm a huge sucker for SUDDENLY, TIME TRAVEL.

Incidentally, this one time a bunch of friends and I went to see The Prestige. We thought it was just a period film. When the sci-fi elements kicked in we were SCREAMING

So not only is Olson from the 'future', but he's also doing a (and please forgive me for this reference) Dave Strider to have many versions of him working on stuff at the same point in linear time #monsterdon

so with the rain, there must be some double convection system between the regular ocean and the center earth ocean. the buffer of air beneath the crust would make an insulating layer, so the temperature gradient from the very cold bottom of the regular ocean and the very warm surface of the inner ocean must be enough to cause evaporation and offset the inevitable leaks from the regular ocean. since there are no pressure and temperature effects like one would expect to make clouds on the surface of the earth, that ran must just be a ton of condensation that gets stuck on the upper surface. #monsterdon
