I love how the tooth fairy recognizes that Mr Teatime is an assassin by the way he dresses, because in Discworld, all the criminals are unionized/have guilds and associated codes of dress. The guildification of criminals had the effect of making The Watch almost irrelevant as the guilds were doing a very good job of policing themselves.
