I appreciate they had a minimum Time Elapsed To Godzilla. Y'gotta tease the Godzilla immediately, don't waste time with the humans, get right to the monster. #Monsterdon

"The government is holding an emergency cabinet meeting, but in the meantime they've sent three nerds into the direct path of the monster. Officials who asked not to be named said, and we quote, 'It's worked so far.'" #Monsterdon

I must say, the extra eight minutes didn't help explain anything. The story on this one was so ....... disjointed.

Having said all that, it was still a great #Monsterdon!

Thanks to @Taweret for hosting!

Looking forward to next week!

No seriously, I am legitimately confused by this movie. They resolved ONE thing -- the UFO. That's it. Godzilla's still blowing up buildings -- Tokyo's just fucked, they've got no way to stop him. What the heck kind of ending is that!? Who looks at that and goes, "Great place to end the movie."??? #Monsterdon
