I never got all the fear around Hg. Yeah, it will give you brain damage, but mostly as a chronic thing. My Mom played with it as a toy when she was a kid. Way more scared of Thalium, KCN, things that I might get on me that OPPS, just dead now..... Or months and months in rehab.
