I liked the cops from last week better, they had those kicky little bowties. Like they delivered hamburgers on rollerskates in their off hours :D #Monsterdon

I never appreciated the challenge in depicting the transformation of flesh into stone and back in a black and white movie until #Monsterdon tonight

I wonder if there's a history of coffee-making methods. I occasionally read descriptions of someone making coffee in the first half of the 20th century and it's like, they know it involves coffee beans and hot water, but beyond that they're just guessing.

#Monsterdon this is weirdly a more realistic representation of science than in current movies. Two dudes in a lab, chatting casually and poking a rock, completely overwhelmed because this isn't their very specific and narrow field of expertise.

Safety has improved but other than that, pretty much the same.

Ok, this is a chemistry thing so I got this.

If you burned a bunch of metal in an oxygen atmosphere (as in earth) you aren't going to get a bunch of things "ready to activate" you've just made a bunch of metal oxides.

If we took the time to plan this, we wouldn't be winging it!
