For those of you scrolling through your timeline, you're about to hit a big mass of Monsterdon postings about The Gate (1986).

Should you not wish to read through them, here's how to filter them out, at least on the web browser:
1) right click on the gears & open in a new tab
2) choose "Filters" then "Add New Filter"
3) give the filter a title, check all boxes under contexts, choose hide completely and put "#Monsterdon" in the keyword box.
4) Click on "Save New Filter"

i spent the main chunk of that movie in another tab trying to find a new denim vest after being reminded by the wardrobe in The Gate. I'd prefer to find a thrifted jacket and cut the sleeves off, but it's hard to thrift stuff in my size. i did find some cursed items though. cursed by demons? not sure. let's just say there was a Mountain Dew back patch

An interesting tidbit I found on the wikipedia page was "In 2020, Louis Tripp worked with Australian musician KidCrusher on a music and video collaboration entitled Sacrifice, reprising his role as Terry for a tribute to The Gate." #monsterdon
