heh...yeah they were trying very hard to be Abbot and Costello..like way too hard. This #Monsterdon really did feel like a sort of pilot for a TV series or movie franchise of that sort, but the timing was waaaay off...they were lookingto replicate something that was already long passe in the 1960s which is one of the big reasons why it fell flat I think

Both the leads in this film were credited as snappy shortened version of their names.

I really get the feeling they were trying to establish themselves as a hilarious comedy duo.

They probably imagined themselves as a beloved act that appeared in dozens of movies like The Three Stooges or Abbot and Costello. #monsterdon

Worst script, acting, props, set design, vfx, sfx, incidental music, direction, camera work.
They managed to take the one good idea in the movie, giant dom space Amazons, and ruin it. Hell, if they just had 75 minutes of beatnik army sergeant that would been better.
