We go to the Radiation Lab where science master Doctor Harada is interviewing the four suvivors to ask them how radioactive they are. Then a lady journalist takes a picture and this makes the science master mad. Then her partner, a rectangular gentleman, takes off his Doctor disguise and plugs his newspaper than the interviews the survivors, learning that there are natives on the island.

After a lovely opening staring the Japanese Language Orthography, we get to the movie, which starts with a freighter getting rained on in the ocean, and some dudes at um... a boat mission control center that are like "yeah that's boats in a typhoon, sucks to be them!" and then the guys on the boat are like "oh no we're trapped in a typhoon between more typhoon and Radiation!" and then the boat sinks or something.
