We get more characters introduced. There's a surgeon doing a surgery and saying something about puppies that I was too dull and distracted to pick up on. Then the cop is interviewing a coworker of an alligator murder victim, who does sewer maintenance of some kind. Then we see a bald guy in a bright shirt who is driving a shopping cart into a sewer and tossing out bags of something to a lower level. I think they're dead bodies or something? Maybe meat for the alligator?
